At Suisse Medicare, we value the satisfaction of our professional clients, including medical practitioners, cosmetologists, and aestheticians. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for safety and compliance reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Opened or used medical aesthetic products and professional cosmetics
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Gift cards

To Complete Your Return

To process your return, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns must be sent to Suisse Medicare at the address provided upon contacting our customer service team.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank to verify if the refund is pending.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at help@suissemedicare.de and send your item to the provided address after confirmation.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by Suisse Medicare’s customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Suisse Medicare cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift was not marked as such, or the order was shipped to the purchaser, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.
